When ordering on line we strive to process your order in a timely and efficient manner.
Shipping prices reflect all applicable shipping and handling charges. Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be shipped. In most cases your order will be shipped the day after you place your order. You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Shipping charges are subject to change. If there is a deviation on the amount of shipping charge, approval for additional charges will be required before any orders are processed. If your product is on back-order, we will attempt to contact you via email. In the event a product is Out Of Stock, we will attempt to contact you with alternative product choices or the date we expect to receive in more of that item.

Evinrude/Johnson Parts:
We have a large inventory of Evinrude/Johnson parts. However we do not stock the every part. We do have access to a local Evinrude/Johnson warehouse, and we can get most parts that we do not stock in one day. If you order a part that is out of stock in our inventory, but is in stock in our local warehouse, your order will be shipped the day after it is placed. If the part you order is not in stock in our local warehouse we can get it from one of our other warehouses located in the US. Please allow up to five days for us to receive parts that we have to order from a non-local warehouse. Please call us at 954-920-7866 if you have any questions. When ordering parts it is important that the correct part number is ordered. We can not be responsible for the incorrect item ordered.

International Orders:
International orders can only be processed by E-mail ( sportcenter@dusky.com ). Total charges will be calculated and submitted for customer payment approval within 3 days of receipt of inquiry via E-mail. International orders may require additional fees, such as custom, duties, and import. These fees are unable to be determined and will not be included when processing order. Due to International destination compliance and policies, arrival dates are not guaranteed.

Payment:
All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification. A contact may be made to provide further verification of name, billing address, phone number, and shipping address. It is required that billing information match credit card issuing bank records.
The following credit cards are accepted for payment: Master Card, Visa, and Discover Card. Wire transfer will be required for any orders placed outside of the United States.

Back Order:
Every effort will be made to fulfill order request. If items are not available, notification will be made requesting approval to place item or items on a back order status. Back orders will not be charge until they have been processed and shipped.

Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment. Credit will be issued against original form of payment within two days of cancellation. Orders cancelled after being shipped will be assessed a restocking fee of 20% charged to credit card.

Warranty:
The Manufacturer Warranty applies to all product purchased on line. Any warranty issues will need to be returned and be submitted to Manufacturer to determine warranty status. Repairs and replacement will be determined by Manufacturer. Every effort will be made to expedite warranty claims.

RETURNS and EXCHANGE:
It is important that the items ordered are process correctly. If an item needs to be returned or exchange it must be done within 30 days from billing date. Returned/Exchanged items must be in original package, and in unused condition with all applicable paperwork. Refund or credit will be issued against original form of payment within two days of receipt of items. Shipping charges are not refundable exept on items sent incorrectly by us.
